We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance activity by our infrastructure provider Oracle affecting our Oman hosting environment.

The maintenance activity is scheduled to take place between:

• Thursday, 14 May 2026 from 10:00 PM GST
• Saturday, 16 May 2026 by 11:00 PM GST

Please note:

• No service interruption is expected during the maintenance activity.
• uqudo’s platform is designed with high availability and redundancy.

Our engineering and operations teams will closely monitor the service alongside the Oracle team throughout the maintenance activity to ensure continued stability and availability.
